Game Review: Viva Piñata

Once again I have decided to choose a significant childhood game. Looking after all those cute little fluffy animals with endless possibilities, ranging from caring for these beautiful creatures to smashing them apart with a rusty shovel. There is not much to say about this frilly and fluffy game other than it fits into every baby's life, although, it is actually rather rigorous work looking after these needy animals especially when your caring for over one hundred. Even though this game is designed for kids, a pushy parent will always take control at some point and tell their child off for not feeding flufflebunnys her daily portion of scrummycake. With this in mind I shall now give you the breakdown.
For its game-play, I would give Viva Piñata a well deserved 9/10. All of its mini-games are a great way to ensure your piñata's life shall be a well lived one. You have to be on your toes the whole time as well, especially when the odd 'rotten piñatas' come and attempt to murder all other forms of life on your farm.
For graphics it give the game a smooth 7/10. The graphics are quite cruddy but you have to realise this is children were talking about here. As if they are ever going to care if their pink piñatas face is ever so slightly deformed, what do they care. Of course, all the extremely vibrant colours coming from both the magical trees and the piñatas themselves definitely add to the points I gave them.

Everything being accounted for, I gave Viva Piñata a worthy 8/10. When it came to the shops, it was only £19.99 R.R.P. and so for any parent wanting to give their child's childhood a bit of pzzazz, this is the perfect gift and you will be loved forever by your kids.
